Samantha K. Rittgers, Esq., SHRM-CP, is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima since September 2021 and at Graydon Head & Ritchey since August 2015, specializing in employment law. Samantha has extensive experience counseling management on issues related to workplace harassment, compliance, and termination, among others. Previous roles include positions as a summer associate law clerk at The Kroger Co. and law clerk at Luxottica Retail North America and GE Aviation, where engagement in legal research, compliance, and personnel matters contributed to professional development. Samantha also gained valuable insights as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Michael Barrett at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Samantha holds a Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northern Kentucky University.
