Maximilian Weber possesses a strong background in operational excellence and strategic consulting, currently serving as an Operational Excellence Manager at Ritter Sport since September 2017, where responsibilities include the establishment and communication of an OpEx program and operational program management. Prior to this role, Maximilian worked as a Consultant, providing strategic and organizational development support across various departments, and began the professional journey as a Dual Student in Industrial Engineering, completing a Bachelor Thesis focused on identifying areas for action within functional strategies. Earlier experience includes a position as an Industrial Mechanic at thyssenkrupp Elevator from September 2012 to September 2015. Maximilian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, completed in 2020.
