Dean Menso is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in development operations and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Development Operations at Rithom Consulting LLC since March 2020, Dean has held several key roles including Technical Lead, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Business Analyst, and Salesforce Junior Business Analyst. Prior experience includes leadership as Production Team Lead and expertise in video editing and camera operation at Beaming Art, as well as photography for Events in Suriname. Dean holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of the People, completed in November 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, earned in June 2022. Additionally, Dean received education in Application Development in Computer Science from the Institute for Natural Resource and Engineering Studies between 2011 and 2015.
