Norman Karlock PHR has over a decade of experience in employee relations, serving as Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Rite Aid Pharmacies from February 2014 to March 2024, and previously as Employee Relations Manager at Darden Restaurants from November 1999 to September 2013, where a focus on fostering a culture of mutual respect and teamwork was maintained. Norman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University.
