Carmen Fusselman currently serves as the Sr. Director of Compliance CSMP at RITE AID, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Carmen held the title of Vice President of Pharmacy Services at PAAS National for almost a year. Carmen's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Pharmacy Officer and Sr. VP Clinical Operations at Custom Health and CHC Health respectively, and roles such as Health & Wellness Pharmacy Practice Coordinator at Kroger. Earlier career highlights also include leadership positions at Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc., and Shopko, where Carmen managed pharmacy operations and strategy across multiple regions. Carmen earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center between 1982 and 1989.
