Cindy Bartrop is an experienced professional in learning and development with a strong background in instructional design and documentation. At Ritchie Bros. since April 2011, Cindy has held various roles, including Learning And Development Senior Specialist and Instructional Designer & Documentation Lead, where responsibilities included establishing documentation standards, managing training projects, and creating diverse training materials. Prior to this, Cindy worked at the BC SPCA Hospital as a receptionist and interim hospital coordinator, focusing on document creation and staff management. Cindy also has experience as a technical writer with Meridex Software Corporation and started their career as a receptionist and veterinary assistant at Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from Royal Roads University and an Associate Certificate in Technical Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
