Nuno Sá Couto is the Chief Executive Officer of Ritain.io, specializing in consulting services for Cloud Technology, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Quality Assurance Automation since January 2021. Nuno is also the Co-Founder and Group Partner at Readiness IT since September 2015. Previous roles include Division Manager at PT Inovação e Sistemas and Portugal Telecom Inovação, where responsibilities included developing customized data service logics for various telecommunications operators. Early career experiences include a post-graduate training as a System and Programmer Analyst, developing multimedia services for 3G/UMTS networks, and R&D assistant work in biomedical engineering. Nuno holds a Master's degree in Service Engineering and Management from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, along with several certifications in project management and IT service management.
