Mark McCarron has extensive experience in technical support and documentation, currently serving as Technical Support Center Manager at RISO, Inc. since 1995, where responsibilities include managing a technical hotline staff and overseeing technical content creation. Prior roles at RISO included Program Developer, Technical Trainer, and Technical Writer, with a focus on developing technical documentation and web content.
