Victoria Svanström is a Customer Success Manager at RISMA Systems since March 2023, responsible for onboarding new clients and supporting workflow implementation for Swedish customers. Prior to this role, Svanström served as a Public Relations Assistant at Trendgruppen PR from August 2022 to February 2023, contributing to website content, event assistance, and promotional activities. Additionally, Svanström worked as a Retail Salesperson at ICA Gruppen from February 2019 to August 2022. Svanström is pursuing a Master's degree in Management, Communication & IT at Uppsala University, following a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Gävle.
