Vadim Ilyasov is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software development, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as CTO and Co-Founder at RiskSeal since November 2022, Vadim focuses on enhancing creditworthiness assessment for lending businesses through digital footprint analysis via an API-based SaaS platform. Previously, as Director of Development at GeoComply, Vadim successfully established and expanded the Kharkiv office from under 10 to over 170 professionals, managing various operational aspects. As Co-Founder and VP of Delivery at CodeTiburon, Vadim shaped the company's delivery strategy and resource management. Early career roles included Senior Software Engineer at Intetics, Project Manager at IT Craft, and PHP Developer at Amity, complemented by a degree from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics.
