Michael Ryen has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Michael is currently working at Riskonnect, Inc. as a Senior Tier 3 Analyst in Customer Care since August 2022. Prior to that, they were employed by Aprimo as a Staff Application Support Analyst from January 2012 to August 2022. Michael also worked at Teradata Marketing Applications, where they held multiple roles including Staff Application Support Analyst from January 2012 to September 2014, and later as an Application Support Analyst till July 2016. Additionally, they gained early experience at Ball State University as a Student Technician from December 2009 to January 2011. During this role, they diagnosed, troubleshooted, and resolved service tickets, provided technical support for computer labs, and performed system maintenance.

Michael Ryen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and Computer Technology from Ball State University in 2011.
