Yos Jacobs has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, Yos served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Company Sergeant Major (CSM) until 2008. In 2011, Yos became the CEO of Awakenings in Jerusalem, where they were responsible for organizing and realizing all political activities. After leaving Awakenings in 2012, Yos joined Rapaport as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and later became the Senior Sales and Business Development Manager. From 2011 to 2020, Yos also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Jerusalem School of Business Administration. In 2015, Yos joined Berenbaum Jacobs Associates (BJA) as the Director of Sales and Business Development before being promoted to General Manager in 2018. Yos co-founded Urban Real Estate Center in 2021 and served as the Head of Sales and Revenue until 2023. Most recently, Yos joined Riskified as an Enterprise Account Executive.
Yos Jacobs pursued their education at different institutions and attained various degrees in the field of Business and International Relations. From 2009 to 2012, they attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and International Relations, specializing in Political Economy. Later, they pursued further education at the same university, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from 2012 to 2014. During 2013, Yos Jacobs also participated in an entrepreneurial program called UCSD immersion Entrepreneurship at UC San Diego.
