Tal Laron has a diverse work experience history, primarily in the field of data science and analytics. Starting in 2009, Tal worked as a Cognos Developer for the IDF until 2011. In 2013, Tal served as a Research Analyst for a company before becoming a Volunteer Consultant for PA'AMONIM later that year. From 2015 to 2017, Tal worked as a Data Analyst for Vocativ. In 2017, Tal joined Heed, LLC as a Data Scientist and continued in this role until 2019. Additionally, Tal served as a University Lecturer at Reichman University from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, Tal joined Riskified as a Data Scientist before being promoted to the position of Data Science Manager in October 2021.

Tal Laron completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Statistics and Economics from Tel Aviv University between 2011 and 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Financial Economics at Reichman University, which was obtained in 2016. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tal also obtained a certification in the Technical Speakers Academy from Women on Stage in March 2023.
