Jem Maxwell is a Commercial Insurance Broker at Risk Services of Louisiana, Inc. since July 2023, specializing in optimizing insurance programs rather than merely selling policies. Prior experience includes roles as an Insurance Broker at Moreman, Moore & Company and IT & Cybersecurity at Magee Resource Group. Jem also served as Business Development Manager at Delta Technical Solutions, where the company expanded significantly from a small operation to a nationwide contracting firm. Additional leadership experience includes positions as Vice President at Kingsbury Capital, Chicago Investment Group, and AEI, along with a previous role as Broker at CIBC Oppenheimer. Jem holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and has completed coursework at Arizona State University. Education also includes attendance at Glenbard South High School.
