Michelle Sheppard is an experienced credit risk professional, currently serving as a Credit Risk Program Manager at The Risk Management Association since May 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held multiple significant positions at Partners Bank from June 2005 to May 2021, including Senior Vice President Chief Risk Officer, responsible for credit administration, audit, compliance, security, and collections, as well as VP Director of Credit Administration, overseeing asset quality reporting, commercial underwriting, and internal loan reviews. Earlier in their career, Michelle was a Team Leader in Commercial Underwriting at TD from October 2000 to June 2005, where responsibilities included managing and developing a team of credit analysts. Michelle Sheppard holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley College and a Certificate of Graduation from the New England School of Financial Studies at Babson College.
