Prior to this role, Josh held various positions at Bank of America from August 2006 to December 2018, including Learning Consultant II, VP, and Commercial Credit Instructor, demonstrating expertise in driving high-priority initiatives and achieving nearly 100% satisfaction scores as an instructor. Josh's earlier career included roles as Sr. Client Manager Analyst, Project Accountant at Meritage Homes, Sr. Accountant at Fender Musical Instruments Corp, and Staff Accountant at Grayhawk Golf Club.
