Amanda Redman, AIC-M, AINS has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Amanda started their career at American United Life in 2001 as a Claims Examiner, where they handled long and short-term disability claims. Amanda then moved to Royal and Sunalliance in 2003 as a Claims Examiner, specializing in workers' compensation. Amanda joined Liberty Mutual in 2004 as a Claims Case Manager before transitioning to Zurich North America in 2007, where they worked as a Claims Case Manager and managed claims for large premium national accounts. In 2010, they joined United Heartland as a Claims Manager, leading a team of claim adjusters and nurse case managers and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and employee satisfaction. Amanda'smost recent position is at RAS, where they started in 2016 as a Claims Supervisor and later became Vice President of Claims in March 2022.
Amanda Redman, AIC-M, AINS holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University-Global Campus, which was completed from 2011 to 2013. Amanda also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their academic qualifications, Amanda has obtained several certifications, including AIC-M and AINS from The Institutes, a Certified Scrum Master certification, and a CAWC certification. Amanda is currently pursuing a certification in Listening to Customers from LinkedIn, which is expected to be obtained in 2023.
