Max Katz-Balmes is a Senior Data and Operations Manager at Rising Sun Center for Opportunity. Prior to this, Max held various roles including President's Sustainability Research Fellow at Swarthmore College, Cal Explorer Camp Director at the University of California, Berkeley, and a team member at Serenity Soular. Max is a graduate of Swarthmore College with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Environmental Studies.
