Marlin Jeffreys is currently the Director of Opportunity Build at Rising Sun Center for Opportunity, overseeing the Oakland-based pre-apprenticeship program for adults. Marlin previously worked as a Program Manager, connecting low-income individuals with careers in the building trades. Additionally, Marlin has experience as a Laborer at M. F. MAHER INC. Marlin is currently pursuing a Certificate Program in Certified Professional Life Coach at Ohlone College.
