Dena Graesing has significant experience in medical bill review and customer service, currently serving as a Partner & Provider Support at Rising Medical Solutions since October 2022. Prior to this, Dena held various roles at Rising Medical Solutions, including Customer Service Representative, where focus was on Worker's Compensation medical bill review. Dena also spent several years at American General Life Insurance Companies, progressing from Quality Control Analyst to Service Specialist/Business Analyst, contributing to improvements in business flow and quality standards within the life profit center. Dena's earlier experience includes leadership roles and quality control in the insurance sector, as well as a position as a research analyst at WLZR fm. Education was pursued at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1989 to 1991.
