Nancy Hruska has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Starting in 1988 as the Manager of ECHO Awards at DMA, they directed a prestigious competition and managed a substantial budget. In 1998, they transitioned to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz's Recruiting Office before moving to NYC's Administration for Children's Services in 2001. There, they held various roles, including Executive Director of Data Management & Analysis, where they oversaw data reporting for a large number of children. In 2015, Nancy joined Rising Ground as the Vice President of Program Development & Strategic Planning, where they developed new programs, managed relationships, and executed strategic plans for the agency's mission. Throughout their career, Nancy has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and manage complex initiatives.
