Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at Risika since January 2023, Michael Tempest previously held the position of Director at T Cycling UK, a cycling apparel brand founded out of a passion for cycling. With a strong background in front-end engineering and leadership, roles at companies such as Critical Mass, SearchFlow, alphAInsight, and Kingfisher plc showcase a commitment to creating user-focused applications and enhancing development processes. Michael Tempest also contributed significantly as Head of Engineering at RefME, leading the growth of the company's user base. Michael Tempest holds a BSc (Hons) in Music Technology and Audio Systems from The University of Huddersfield.
