Kristin Pearson is an experienced professional in customer success and business management, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Rise8. Prior to this role, Kristin held multiple leadership positions at VMware Tanzu, including Director of Customer Success for the Northeast and South Strategic Accounts, and previously at VMware as a Customer Success Manager. Kristin also served as Engagement Director at Pivotal and Business Manager at AP Coaching LLC. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Western European Studies from the United States Air Force Academy.
