Ryan Davis worked as a Lead VFX Recruiter and VFX Recruiter at RISE | Visual Effects Studios from January 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, they were a VFX Agent at motus VFX from August 2020 to January 2022. From August 2019 to August 2020, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant - VFX/CG at Premier Group Recruitment.

Ryan Davis obtained a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Games Development from Loughborough College, from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they earned a BSc (Hons) in Computer Animation and VFX from Northumbria University, from 2015 to 2018.
