Jessica Lewis, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Rise Brands since April 2021, following a diverse career in human resources. Previous roles include People Leader and People Team Specialist at Restoration Hardware from April 2018 to April 2021, and various positions at Vology, including People Operations Associate Business Partner and People Operations Coordinator, where notable achievements included improving training programs and reducing new hire turnover. Earlier experience includes serving as the sole HR representative at Boring Business Systems and holding roles as a Jr. Call Center Recruiter and Human Resources Intern at Bisk Education.
