Victoria Purvis is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Rise Baking Company since April 2017, Victoria also operates as a self-employed Human Resources Consultant. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Martinrea Riverside LLC and Director of Human Resources at Kreg Tool Company, where significant achievements included the establishment of a new Performance Management system. Earlier experience at Sauer-Danfoss encompassed multiple leadership roles in Human Resources and Machining Operations, contributing to the creation of high-performance environments and leading various organizational support functions. Victoria's career commenced at SOR, where the Human Resources function was initiated, ultimately leading to the role of Director of Human Resources. Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Emporia State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from Fort Hays State University.
