Bryan Kosmoski is an experienced Plant Manager currently employed at Rise Baking Company since May 2023. Previously, Bryan held the position of Plant Manager at Brill, Inc. from January 2021 to May 2023. Bryan's extensive career in the bakery industry began at CSM Bakery Solutions, where roles included Production Manager and Supervisor from January 1994 to January 2021. Bryan is also pursuing education at the University of St. Thomas, having attended since 1992, and is an alumnus of Albert Lea High School.
