Ethel Melora Ross is an experienced professional in the hospitality and fashion industries, currently serving as a Community Associate at Rise, created by Barclays, since December 2019. Previously, Ethel worked as a Hospitality F&B Manager at WOMA WOMA Coffee, and held roles as a Hospitality Manager and Events Coordinator at Minerva Vintage, as well as a Freelance Stylist and Marketing Assistant at Melora.Melora, a custom accessories brand. Ethel's earlier experience includes management at Clapham Leisure Ltd, Bar Manager at Urban Leisure Group, and Personal Assistant & Event Coordinator at the Rudolph Kempe Society.
