Carlos Eduardo de Paula is an experienced technology professional with a strong focus on cloud solutions and infrastructure design. Currently serving as a Domain Architect at Red Hat since September 2018, Carlos has significantly enhanced customer requirement analysis processes, achieving notable improvements in estimation confidence. Additionally, Carlos has held roles as a Cloud Architect at RISC-V International since March 2020, and as an Ambassador at Ericsson, where contributions involved the design, deployment, and support of cloud and infrastructure solutions. Previous experience includes nine years at TIM Brasil in various IT roles, including IT Architect and Systems Specialist, as well as earlier positions as QA Test Analyst, Network Analyst, and Support Analyst. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Centro Universitário Capital and a Technician degree in Eletrotécnica from E.T.E. Getúlio Vargas.
