Willy Xiao is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in employee experience and workplace solutions, currently serving as Engineering Manager for Employee Experience at Rippling. Previously, Willy held multiple engineering management roles at Envoy, overseeing both Envoy Workplace and Envoy Rooms. Willy has also led engineering efforts as Head of Engineering at OfficeTogether. A former Tech Lead at Facebook, Willy contributed to the News Tab Growth and Community Integrity projects and started as a Software Engineer focusing on App Distribution. Willy's academic credentials include a Joint A.B./A.M. in Computer Science from Harvard University, complemented by a foundation from The Westminster Schools.
