Jared Sklar possesses extensive experience in customer support management, having held multiple leadership positions across several companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Support for Taxation & Filings at Rippling, Jared has also contributed to HOVER Inc. as Director and Senior Manager of Customer Support, and to Harbor as Customer Operations Manager prior to its acquisition by Bitgo. Previous roles include Director and Client Support Manager at Zenefits, as well as Customer Support Team Manager and Warranty Services Representative at SquareTrade. Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Davis.
