Brent Dufault is currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Rippling since September 2024. Prior to this role, Brent held multiple positions at Pushpay from July 2016 to October 2023, including Enterprise Project Manager, Sr. Technical Support Representative, and Customer Care Representative. In these roles, Brent provided exceptional technical support to top churches in the US, collaborated with technical teams to address bugs, trained customer care staff on new features, and contributed to the development of the customer knowledge base. Brent also worked as an Implementation Project Manager and Success Coach for Pushpay, focusing on enhancing digital giving platforms for churches and not-for-profits in various regions. Brent holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in General Studies from Bellevue College, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
