Istiak Jalali has been working in quality assurance since 2013. Istiak began their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Lowe's Companies, Inc. in 2013. In 2015, they moved to Delta Air Lines in the same role. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at SVB Financial Group as a Quality Assurance Analyst, and was then promoted to Quality Assurance Team Lead at RippleWorx in 2020.

Istiak Jalali attended Nassau Community College.
