Diego Fierst Garcia is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vertical Acquisition Manager at RippleMatch since August 2019, overseeing a campus internship program at over 100 schools and managing a team of more than 300 interns. Previously, Diego held the position of Associate Campus Operations Manager, running internship programs at 150 schools, and as a Program Manager, collaborating to enhance campus recruitment and manage candidate interviews. Diego's earlier experience includes a role as a Leadership Development Intern at RippleMatch, selected from a competitive pool, and positions in property management and hospitality at Fierst Rentals and Showers Inn Bed & Breakfast, respectively. Diego holds a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies, Spanish, and Business from Indiana University Bloomington and a diploma from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
