Shirin Khawaja serves as the Senior Manager of Global Compensation & Analytics at Ripple since June 2023. Previously, Shirin held the position of Principal Compensation at Amazon from September 2022 to May 2023. Shirin's extensive experience also includes roles at Rogers Communications, where Shirin worked as Senior Manager of Executive Compensation and held several HR-related positions, including HR Manager for Rewards Relationship Management and Sales Compensation. At ALFAHIM, Shirin served as Group Total Rewards Manager, leading total rewards strategies, and also contributed as Manager of Recruitment & Selection and Senior Specialist in Compensation & Benefits. Early career experience includes an Assistant Manager role in the Strategy & Planning Division of Human Resources at Habib Bank Limited. Shirin holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Management and is currently pursuing a Master's in HRM at York University.
