Andrew Hoffman is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in secure architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Security Engineer at Ripple since September 2022, Andrew is responsible for the secure design of flagship products and leads cross-team security initiatives. Previously, as a Senior Security Architect at Coinbase, Andrew contributed to the security design of major products including the first crypto-backed debit card and various staking services. Andrew's earlier roles include Senior Security Engineer at Salesforce, where responsibilities included vulnerability research and testing, and Software Engineer at BitTitan, focusing on UI and API development. Andrew began a career as a Web Developer, creating websites for numerous clients, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Washington.
