Mark Babcock has a diverse work experience, starting as a Research and Service Intern at Winey Insurance Agency in 2009. Mark then moved on to roles such as Commercial Banking Intern at Allegius Credit Union, Assistant Property Manager at First American Management, and Operations Supervisor at Phoenix Services, LLC. Mark transitioned to roles at larger companies like Oracle as a Contracts Administrator and UI LABS as a Contracts Compliance Associate and later as Manager of Contracts & Operations. Mark further advanced their career as Director of Operations at Boombox Beverage and then held roles at Rumi Spice, including Manager of Operations + Quality and Senior Manager of Operations + Quality. Currently, Mark is the Head of Co-Manufacturing + International Operations at Ripple Foods.

Mark Babcock attended Wabash College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Spanish. In 2010, they also studied Business at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature. In 2019, they obtained the ServSafe Food Handler certification, and in 2021, they became a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual through the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA).
