Lance van der Spuy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and corporate development. Currently serving as President and Chief Financial Officer at Ripple Fiber since February 2023, Lance previously held various leadership roles at The Shoprite Group of Companies from January 2009 to November 2022, including Head of Corporate Development and Divisional President. Prior to this, Lance practiced as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG from January 2006 to December 2008, specializing in accounting, auditing, and financial valuations. Academically, Lance holds a B.Accounting (Hons) degree from Stellenbosch University and has pursued further education in financial modeling and corporate finance at both INSEAD and GIBS Business School.
