Gabriel Mandel

Head Of CX - Brazil at Ripio

Gabriel Mandel is an experienced professional in customer experience and communications, currently serving as Head of CX for Brazil at Ripio since June 2022, where active management of the Brazilian Customer Support team and Proactive Releases team within CX is a key focus. Gabriel has been a freelance reporter/editor for The Playoffs since March 2017, providing coverage of US sports for a Brazilian audience. Prior roles include Business Manager and Community Lead at WeWork, overseeing customer experience and operations in multiple São Paulo locations, and being recognized as one of the top 2% best employees in 2019. Additionally, Gabriel has co-founded Esportes830, managed guest communications for iLUKA during the Rio 2016 Olympics, and held various communication and reporting positions in media organizations. Gabriel holds an MBA in Sports Marketing & Management from ESPM and a degree in Communications from Faculdade Cásper Líbero.
