George Lobisser, the CEO, Managing Member, and Co-Founder of RipeLocker, has extensive experience in the post-harvest industry. RipeLocker is a top provider of dynamic low-atmosphere containers that increase the shelf life of perishables. Lobisser joined RipeLocker in 2015 and has been instrumental in the company's success. Prior to that, Lobisser worked as the Managing Member of MALIKY Capital, LLC, starting in 2013. Additionally, Lobisser was the President/CEO and Co-Owner of Pace International, LLC, where they led the company in becoming the largest post-harvest company in the world for pome, citrus, and stone fruit. During their tenure at Pace, Lobisser oversaw the development of new products and technologies, leading to a dominant market share in both North and South America.

George Lobisser holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. George also pursued further education at Gonzaga University School of Law, where they attained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, specializing in Law.
