Matt Gould is an experienced Business Analyst with a robust background in eCommerce and Agile environments. Since May 2019, Matt has been working at Ripe Thinking Limited, and prior to that, held the same title at Galaxy Optical Services from February 2010 to March 2019, where responsibilities included eliciting and documenting user requirements for the website ichooseglasses.
