Tomás Just Tiscornia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tomás has worked at Rip Van as a Trade Promotion Manager since February 2023. Prior to that, they served at AB InBev in different roles. From June 2022 to March 2023, they were the Business Cycle & Strategy Leader, responsible for analyzing competition, growth marketing, and growth hacking. Tomás also held the position of Insights & NPS - Trade Marketing from October 2021 to May 2022, where they generated strategies based on insights to transform sales in different channels. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Guest Services Manager at Deer Valley Resort from December 2016 to March 2017, where they provided customer service and handled reports on complaints or situations that could impact the company's image.
Tomás Just Tiscornia completed their secondary education at Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Misericordia from 2010 to 2012, obtaining a degree in Bachillerato con Orientación en Tareas Empresariales. Tomás then pursued further education at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa MarÃa de los Buenos Aires', where they obtained a Licenciatura in Administración de Empresas from 2013 to 2017.
In terms of additional certifications, Tomás obtained a First Certificate Exam (FCE) from Cambridge Assessment International Education in 2012. In 2021, they completed a certification in Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting from LinkedIn. Tomás has also recently obtained a certification in Growth Marketing from Coderhouse in 2022, ranking number one in the Top 10.
