Katie Guo has extensive experience in project coordination and player management within the gaming industry, currently serving as a Research Assistant and Project Coordinator, as well as Strategy Card Game Player Manager at Team Liquid since October 2019. In this role, responsibilities include scouting, negotiating, and signing players, ensuring compliance with media, sponsor, and tournament obligations, as well as managing travel and schedules. Previously, Katie worked in VIP Relations at Plenty of Fish, where services were provided to streamers and high-profile community members, and data analysis was conducted to optimize promotions. Earlier roles include Administrative Assistant at the City of Burnaby and managing collegiate chapters as Admissions & Community Coordinator at Tespa. Katie also has experience as a Veterinary Assistant at Columbia Square Animal Hospital. Katie earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Simon Fraser University in 2018.
