Shenyi Zhang is a designer currently working at RIOS since July 2024. Previous experience includes serving as an architectural intern at HOK in June 2023, where collaboration on civic projects involved design research and cost-reduction strategies, as well as client engagement and aviation project concept design. Earlier internships at NBBJ Design in 2022 resulted in a silver prize at the international REARD competition and the enhancement of lobby experiences, while work at Benoy focused on conceptual massing designs and spatial strategies for various high-profile projects. Shenyi Zhang earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania in 2023 and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Pratt Institute in 2020.
