Silvia Del Carpio has over a decade of diverse experience in the engineering and management fields, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Aluminium CEO at Rio Tinto, while also holding roles in Capex Management and as a Principal Advisor in Mining. Prior to this role, Silvia managed a team at DRA Global, achieving significant project milestones and financial efficiencies. A history of internships showcases early hands-on experience at prestigious organizations such as Barrick Gold and Metso Minerals. Educationally, Silvia holds dual MBAs from London Business School and HEC Paris, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from McGill University.
