Shawn Lyndon currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer at Rio Tinto, leading digital product development and transformation since November 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Google, where Shawn held positions from Group Product Manager to Head of Product & Software Development, focusing on security, compliance, and privacy for various products. With a track record of enhancing enterprise customer experiences and launching innovative solutions, Shawn's achievements contributed to substantial revenue growth and improved user trust in Google's offerings. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Product Management at ABB, Executive Director at HRX, and Founder & CEO of Orasi Medical. Shawn's education includes a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Computer Software Engineering from Griffith University.
