Mariella Castro is an accomplished professional with a robust background in human resources and operational management. Currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources for Battery Materials at Rio Tinto since May 2010, Mariella has held various leadership roles, including Chief of Staff for the Aluminium Chief Executive and HR Business Partner within the Global HR Function.
