Geraldine Lyons is an experienced professional in the mining and minerals sector, currently serving as the General Manager of Culture and Everyday Respect at Rio Tinto since November 2015, with previous roles including General Manager Technical and General Manager Operations across various operations. Prior to this, Geraldine held significant positions at Rio Tinto Kennecott Utah Copper, including Reliability Engineering Manager, and served as Technical Manager at Kennecott Utah Copper. Throughout a career that began in 2005 at Rio Tinto Kennecott Greens Creek Mining Company, roles have included Manager Business Improvement and Mill Manager. Geraldine holds a Bachelor's degree in Minerals Engineering from the University of Leeds, earned between 1993 and 1996.
