Phil Poland has extensive experience in service management and training within the home appliance industry. Since April 2019, Phil Poland has been retired. Prior to retirement, Phil Poland served at Rinnai America Corporation from July 2008, first as Regional Service Manager, then as Division Service Manager, and ultimately as Sr. Field Service Manager West. In these roles, Phil Poland oversaw the Rinnai Service Network and provided technical training on various products across the Rocky Mountain Region, Western Region, and Canada. Phil Poland's career began at Maytag in August 1988, where the role of District Service Manager involved technical training and managing accounts for laundry, kitchen, and refrigeration products until July 2008.
