David Waxman serves as the School Principal at Ringwood Public Schools since August 2023 and has extensive experience in educational leadership and mentorship. Waxman has been a State Mentor for the Principal Certification Program at NJEXCEL since January 2013. Previous roles include Principal at Thomas Jefferson School from August 2017 to August 2023, District Anti-Bullying Coordinator and Vice Principal at Flemington-Raritan Schools from August 2013 to August 2017, and Assistant Principal at Alpha Public School for the 2012-2013 school year. Waxman began a teaching career at Rockaway Borough Board of Education from September 2003 to June 2012. Educational credentials include a degree in Educational Leadership from NJEXCEL, an M.A. in Art Education from Arcadia University, and a B.A. in Art Education from Rowan University.
